Lessons In Leadership

The restaurant business is just that, a "business" and the same rules apply to our leaders.


As a consultant I see how leadership can both negatively and positively impact a restaurants financial performance, level of hospitality, turn-over and ultimately, customer satisfaction. That is especially true during a crisis, like the one we are presently in.


The restaurant business is just that, a business, and the same rules apply to running a restaurant that apply to running any business. In my experience over the years, that message doesn't always seem to make it up to those in leadership. This article in Inc is a lesson for us all...
